Our plans for the 'Oakleaze Country Deli' are well advanced, and we expect to open during Autumn 2007. This will be a very exciting development, allowing you to buy the very best from Oakleaze in a setting that will be a mixture of continental-style charcuterie and English country kitchen. Paté de Campagne alongside West country faggots!
A team of willing volunteers is now busy clearing the overgrown walled garden ready for planting in the spring as you can see from our picture below! The fruit and vegetables we harvest will be used to create a wide range of products from home-made tomato ketchup to our own gooseberry and elderflower ice-cream.
Of course, all our existing range of sausages, air-dried hams and perfect pork will be available in the deli; customers will be able to pre-order everything they need for a dinner-party or family gathering.
